Advances in EV Charging: Powering up Batteries in India

Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers are the basic connection between electric vehicles and the power grid, providing the energy needed for electro mobility. As the world endeavors to diminish fossil fuel byproducts and progress to greener transportation choices, electric vehicles have arisen as a promising arrangement. These vehicles depend on productive and dependable chargers to charge their batteries with the goal that they can run emanation-free and add to a greener future. Chargers for e-vehicles come in various forms, covering different charging needs and scenarios. From Level 1 chargers, which are great for home use, to quick chargers, which are great for home use, to quick chargers at public stations (DC) that allow for rapid charging, these devices are designed to make owning an electric car convenient and accessible. This paper emphasizes the systematic prior-art of charging models available in the market and also presents an emphasis on the ongoing research in this domain.
