Cognitive Graph Empowered Textile and Clothing Intelligent Service Platform

With the continuous advancement of technology and the growth in consumer demand, the textile and clothing industry faces unprecedented pressure for digital transformation. In response, this paper draws on the design philosophy of the middle platform architecture, combined with cognitive knowledge graph technology, to design and develop an intelligent service platform for textiles and clothing named “Cui Xiao”. The platform primarily encompasses intelligent clothing recommendations, a question and answer system, VR fitting, and fashion trend forecasting. To assess the actual performance of “Cui Xiao”, this paper selects the intelligent clothing recommendation and question and answer system as examples for a detailed demonstration. Empirical evidence shows that the “Cui Xiao” platform can provide efficient and accurate services for users, achieving high user satisfaction. The “Cui Xiao” platform offers a potent tool for the digital transformation of the textile and clothing industry, promising to further advance the digital reform of the sector.
