Privacy Policy Compliance Inspection of Financial Apps

Amidst the swift expansion of mobile Internet, the issue of personal information exploitation within mobile applications, particularly those related to finance, has emerged as a grave concern. Presently, the inspection of privacy policy compliance relies on imperfect or costly approaches. Moreover, existing tools demonstrate subpar performance when handling Chinese privacy policy texts. To address these challenges, this paper introduces “FinAPP- Inspector,” a privacy policy compliance inspection system tailored specifically for financial applications. Our system encompasses an array of inspection indicators, text datasets, and proprietary compliance inspection methodologies that we have meticulously crafted.
