Design and Application of Measurement Instrumentation Quantitative Transmission Automation System

In order to simplify the workflow, reduce repetitive work, minimize errors, and improve the utilization of historical inspection information for measuring instruments, a Measurement Instrument Calibration Automation System has been specifically designed and developed. This system aims to achieve efficient management and automate the generation of original records and certificates. Through debugging, the system has successfully integrated with different business systems: CCLabview system (PC client) and LIMS system (web-based). When compared to the traditional process, the CCLabview system has reduced the time required by more than two times, while the LIMS system has demonstrated even higher efficiency. Both systems have significantly reduced the workload of calibration personnel and achieved favorable practical results.
