Intelligent Verification and Modification Method for Protection Settings of Ultra-high Voltage Converter Stations

The article first introduced the theory of substation automation control, relay protection principles, and new intelligent monitoring systems, and then analyzed the existing detection instruments and equipment. Subsequently, this article established a complete microcomputer measurement and control unit platform based on substations and verified whether the device has any fault problems during operation through practical applications. Finally, this article tested the system, and according to the test results, the modification stability of the system was very high, which can maintain an accuracy rate of over 90%. This indicates that the reliability and accuracy of the protection system can be effectively improved, providing strong guarantees for the normal operation of the power system.
