Automatic Checking Method of Setting Value for Relay Protection Device Based on Image Processing

In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of fixed value checking of relay protection device, this paper proposes an automatic fixed value check method based on image processing technology. The mobile phone camera is used to collect the information of the fixed value single image, and the design algorithm of the original image is gray scale enhancement, binarization and tilt correction preprocessing, from which the clear fixed value single table part is extracted. Through the morphological method, the optical character recognition of each cell image and the recognition result are corrected, and then the fixed value entry information is obtained. Finally, establish the keyword database and the customized processing process for different models of protection devices, and complete the storage and automatic verification of the fixed value information. The field application results show that this method has high feasibility and reliability, and can provide technical support for improving the work efficiency of relevant personnel and ensuring the accuracy of fixed value.
