Study on the Method of New Energy Consumption in Distribution Network Based on source-Grid-Load-Storage Flexibility

In order to further promote the realization of the “dual-carbon” goal, China will accelerate the construction of a new type of power system with new energy as the main body and the friendly interaction of “source, network, load and storage”. The paper proposes a method to evaluate the new energy acceptance ability of source, network, load, and storage. Firstly, a simulation model of source, network, load, and storage sensitivity is established based on the new energy acceptance ability of the active distribution network; then an evaluation model of the new energy acceptance ability of the active distribution network is established with the objectives of maximizing the active distribution network acceptance, minimizing the operation cost and maximizing the user satisfaction; and a multi-objective mixed-integer linear optimization model is developed using the particle swarm optimization algorithm to find the optimal solution.
