Evaluation Model and Method of Intelligent Level and Ability Level of Command and Control System

According to the characteristics of the command and control system, this paper analyzes the concept connotation of the intelligent command and control system, summarizes the types of intelligent level evaluation methods of the command and control system, puts forward the overall framework of intelligent level evaluation of the command and control system, gives the intelligent evaluation index system of the command and control system and the grade evaluation model of each intelligent attribute in the index system, and expounds the intelligent level evaluation method of the command and control information system based on double-base fuzzy reasoning for the intelligent level evaluation in the framework, which provides a set of method guidance for measuring the intelligent level and ability level of the command and control system.
