Research on the influencing factors of Spermanent Magnet Roller performance based on RMxprt

With the increasing application of Spermanent Magnet Rollers, the requirements for their performance are also increasing. Therefore, this paper studies the factors affecting the performance of Spermanent Magnet Rollers based on RMxprt. Taking the Spermanent Magnet Roller as the research object, the factors affecting the performance are first derived through theoretical analysis. Then, by considering the influence of material quality, multiple material factors affecting the performance are determined. These factors are used as independent variables to obtain intermediate variables, and the variation patterns of efficiency, power factor, line-induced voltage, and maximum torque multiplier are analyzed using these intermediate variables. This provides a theoretical basis for motor design and optimization.
