The Prediction Method of Distribution Network Loss under Distributed Power Supply Access

The integration of distributed power sources can lead to complex and specific distribution networks, as well as changes in voltage and frequency, resulting in certain fluctuations in network losses. Therefore, a method for predicting network losses in distribution networks under the integration of distributed power sources is proposed. Based on the impact of distributed power generation access, the association rule method is used to extract the characteristics of the network loss sequence in the distribution network. Based on the extracted network loss sequence features, a recurrent neural network is used to construct a distribution network loss prediction model, and the output result of the model is the network loss prediction result. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can accurately analyze the voltage distribution of the distribution network, and the network loss prediction results of this method are consistent with the actual network loss, with a maximum error of only 0.01 kW. Therefore, it indicates that the practical application performance of this method is strong.
