Research on Starting Strategy of Building Block Multiport Flexible Interconnected Converter

Based on the analysis of the pre-charging process using uncontrolled rectification method, an improved pre-charging control strategy is proposed to address the problems in the pre-charging stage of the building block multi-port flexible interconnection converter during start-up. After the self-controlled rectifier charging is completed, this control strategy adopts a controllable charging method to control the switching devices of the device, which can smoothly charge the capacitor voltage of each module in the device to the preset value, ensuring that the entire device is in a controllable state during the start-up process. A simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
