Controlled C-VLAN Technology in Mining 10 Gigabit Industrial Networks

To address the problems of large data delay in 10 Gigabit industrial Ethernet transmission in industrial coal mines, large amounts of network broadcast data easily causing network storms blocking data transmission channels, and low utilization of network transmission bandwidth, a controlled elastic VLAN technology is proposed to solve data congestion in 10 Gigabit networks. It realizes data transmission in 10 Gigabit industrial networks in coal mines in an orderly, timely, and efficient manner. It provides a reliable data transmission platform for the intelligent construction of coal mines. The analysis and comparison of various 10-gigabit transmission platforms in coal mines confirm the importance of 10-gigabit industrial Ethernet in the construction of intelligent mines in coal mines. The principle, rule design, data flow, and framework construction of controlled elastic VLAN technology are elaborated to solve relevant problems in the practical application of industrial Ethernet from the principle and application. A large amount of experimental data shows that controlled elastic VLAN technology can effectively solve the problems of data congestion, high network data delay, and poor network data bandwidth utilization in industrial networks and ensure real-time, reliable, and efficient data transmission in 10 Gigabit industrial networks in coal mines.
