Optimization Study on Denitration of Coal Fired Units under Deep Peak shaving

With the deep integration of new energy generation systems, the safe and stable operation of the power grid is facing new challenges. It is imperative to improve the deep load regulation capacity of thermal power generation units. The rapid and deep changes in unit load can lead to severe fluctuations in the combustion process, which in turn affects the control of NOx emissions in the unit. This article analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspective of the thermal engineering profession, focuses on solving the problems in the denitrification system, and establishes a boiler NOx prediction model based on BP neural network From the perspective of environmental safety and economy, it proposes an automatic optimization plan for ammonia injection in the denitrification control system. After implementation, the environmental protection parameter NOx closed-loop automatic control is achieved, effectively ensuring NOx emission meets the standard. It is of great significance to achieve deep load regulation and NOx emission control in thermal power plants.
