Performance Optimization of Perovskite Based Solar Cells Without and With Different ETM/HTM Layers

Perovskite solar cell technology is an advanced solar cell which is becoming popular day by day for its good performance. In basic perovskite solar cell structure Electron Transport Material (ETM) and Hole Transport Material (HTM) plays an important role in overall efficiency. In this paper, the performance of perovskite solar cell model has been studied with and without different ETM and HTM layers. Without ETM and HTM layers, the highest power conversion efficiency has been found for an 18×10

m thick perovskite material 24.16% out of 14 different perovskite material thickness. 11 types of combination of different materials have been used for ETM and HTM layers. Out of 11 ETM-HTM layer combinations, the use of MoO

m of has showed a best efficiency of 27.69%.
