Research of STEP SP180 Robot Motion Model Based on Process Simulate

To meet the requirement of Enterprise Digitalize Transformation, improve high mature STEP Robot application in PS (Process Simulate) Line Simulation and Virtual Commissioning, conform the reliability and stability, as well as the rapidity and reliability of robot offline program generation, first design and simulation demonstration the Step Robot Motion Model based on PS and evaluate. The research around the highly complex SP180, based on Solidworks 3D robot model, firstly converted and standardized in NX to generate a lightweight JT model, then imported it into PS and succeeded in completion the robot definition for its complex issues such as 4-axis configuration, shaft coupling, and inter-axle limit values, supplemented by motion parameter configuration files, comparative argementation, generated after certained by serveral times simulation and succeeded in build robot motion model, then designs corresponding test items and develops a test plan. Finally, the test method, data recording, and result determination are explained through the simulation process of robot teaching operation, successfully achieved research object-- The forward solution of the robot is normal, the inverse solution posture is correct, the model is reliable and stable, and it can quickly and accurately generate the offline robot program.
