Optimization of Line Justification Algorithm for Single Stuck at Faults Using Memory for Backtracking

In this paper, Line justification algorithm is implemented using C++. Line justification is a part of ATPG test vector generation process. ATPG first performs fault collapsing then it is followed by line justification and error propagation in order to get test vectors for a netlist given in ISCAS(International Symposium on Circuits and Systems) format. The flow chart of algorithm and outputs of code have been given in the paper with analysis.
