User Experience Analysis of Student Assistant Application Using The Five Planes Method

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of user experience (UX) in a student assistant application using the Five Planes Method, a structured approach in UX design. Focusing on the specific needs of students, this research seeks to enhance the usability and overall user satisfaction of this application. The paper begins with a detailed review of related works in UX design and user experience analysis, highlighting various methodologies and frameworks in the field. The methodology adopted in this study involves the application of the Five Planes Method, which includes the Strategy Plane, Scope Plane, Structure Plane, Skeleton Plane, and Surface Plane. Each plane contributes a unique aspect to the design process, ensuring a user-centric development approach. The study employs the System Usability Scale (SUS) for empirical evaluation, validating the efficacy of the Five Planes Method in improving user experience. The results indicate a significant enhancement in the usability and user satisfaction of the student assistant application. This research provides valuable insights into the importance of a structured, user-focused approach in application development, particularly in the educational domain.
