IoT and Bluetooth Enabled Wireless Notice Board

This paper deals with creation of an affordable and efficient wireless notice board that displays messages sent directly from a user's phone. The system utilizes Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for data transmission, using the ESP8266 Wi-Fi module and HC-05 Bluetooth module. Messages are transmitted either through a Bluetooth-enabled app for Bluetooth data transmission and the Telegram app for Wi-Fi data transmission. Additionally, the messages are stored in flash memory with the RTC module, which enables specifying the time on which messages has to be displayed. The MAX7219 LED DOT matrix display (4 bricks) serially displays the messages on the receiver end. This wireless system significantly reduces paperwork, thereby making a valuable contribution to reducing deforestation.
