Farmers Assistance for Field Monitoring and Irrigating the Cultivate Land using loT

Nowadays, Agricultural scenario appears to be one of the foremost promising field for implementing Wireless Sensor Network in order to reduce the labour cost and effort. This includes a cautious framework plan, since necessities are exceptionally strict, battery life-time maximization, robustness, recuperation methodologies, organizing adaptability and configurability are the things to be considered. This proposed system implements various lOT products placed in the agriculture field and testing the prototype via various open source platforms, boards and sensors which helps in monitoring the environmental conditions. The sensors like rain sensor, soil moisture sensor, humidity temperature detector and Water level sensor will assist in easy maintenance of the working system. The main aim of this proposal is to monitor and maintain the cultivation land from any part of the world through internet. Checking is done with the assistance of sensors and all the control process is done with the help of the Arduino boards. A farmer can see the farm condition of his cultivation land additionally control his cultivation from any place in the world by logging into Ubidots application. This makes the farmers feel comfortable and engage them in cultivation and processes involved in irrigation. This idea has the potential to attract entrepreneurs to contribute within the agricultural sector.
