Design of Production Dashboard Monitoring System at PT. KJI

The manufacturing business sector has several sections that involve a long step of processes. As is the case with PT KJI, which is a manufacturing company that produces heat exchangers (radiators, condensers, heaters, etc.) for all types of motorized vehicles, where the process consists of 4 main parts: procurement of goods, production process, then the export process and ends with the data preparation process for management decisions. The purpose of this thesis is to identify, analyze needs, and design a production system monitoring dashboard to support business processes at PT KJI which is engaged in manufacturing, especially in the four main points of PT KJI business processes that have been mentioned previously. The design in this thesis uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, namely the Agile Method. Analysis is carried out on the main problems that are being experienced in ongoing business processes, then the results of the problem analysis are outlined in the design of a production system monitoring dashboard using a business intelligence system design and a series of ETL processes in data processing and executed with output in the form of a dashboard using Tableau.
