Development a Sensor System for Sensing Rotating Machines Fault of Heavy Industries

In today’s industrial environment, the health and reliability of rotating machines play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes. To address this need, a cutting-edge data acquisition system has been developed to collect acceleration and vibration data. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller, a gyro acceleration sensor, and a 1.3-inch I2C OLED module for an intuitive setting display. Integrating a push-button switch allows data acquisition time to be easily set from 1 to 9 seconds, providing flexibility to suit diverse industrial requirements. The key highlight of the developed system lies in its remarkable data collection capabilities, allowing for capturing up to 1600 data points per second. This high-performance feature empowers industries to monitor rotating machine conditions with exceptional precision. By collecting a vast amount of data within a short span, the developed system provides a comprehensive understanding of machine behavior, enabling the early detection of potential faults before they escalate into costly breakdowns or production disruptions.
