High performance self-powered UV detector based on In2S3 nanostructures/InN film structure was fabricated using low temperature solvent thermal method. Meanwhile, a UV photodetector based on In

/ InN heterojunction was prepared using a simple method. The heterostructured In2S3/InN-based UV detector has excellent UV sensing properties with rapid response time.
