A New Method of Human Sperm Head Imaging Based on Terahertz Scattering Near-Field Imaging Technology

We proposed a new method of human sperm head imaging, which combines a terahertz scattering-type scanning near-field optical microscopy (THz s-SNOM) with a terahertz time-domain spectrum scattering-type scanning near-field optical microscopy (THz-TDS s-SNOM). The new method is expected to achieve high-resolution and high-contrast imaging of sperm head.
