High-Performance Lateral Near-Infrared Organic Photodetector Based on Silver Nanoparticles

We designed and fabricated a lateral NIR OPDs by layering a bulk heterojunction film on top of an Ag-NPs island layer to improve the performance of near-infrared photodetectors. Experimental results show that the NIR L-OPD based on Ag-NPs achieves high detectivity (
