Quasi-Bound States in the Continuum Based on All-Dielectric Metasurface

We propose an all-dielectric metasurface based on bound states in the continuum that supports enhanced circular dichroism (CD). We present simulated results to show the chiroptical response of the all-dielectric metasurface by breaking in-plane symmetry. Our findings indicate that a quality factor of up to
$\mathbf{10}^{\mathbf{4}}$
in the proposed metasurface can be achieved, with circular dichroism exceeding 0.98.
