Glioma Cell Imaging Experiment Based on Terahertz Near-field Technique

We used a terahertz near-field scanning imaging system to perform imaging experiments on U251 glioma cells. The experimental results show that it is possible to image the external(surface) and interior of the cell at the same time, and the morphology of the whole cell can be clearly observed. The n nucleus boundary is clear, and the organelles such as the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus can be observed.
