Transparent Power Divider Based on Metal Mesh and ITO Composite Structure

In this paper, we experimentally demonstrate a high-performance optically transparent multi-way Wilkinson power divider based on metal mesh and ITO (indium tin oxide) composite structure. The isolation of the power divider is higher than 20 dB and the transmission coefficient is around -10 dB. The performance of the divider is not affected by light intensity and the temperature range from 0°C to 60°C The present transparent power divider is not only paves the way for future transparent array designs, such as tunable/scannable transparent RF arrays, but also provides a guideline for the simplification of material selection for transparent electronic devices and the heterogeneous integration of different materials.
