Digital Model of Induction Furnace for Carbon Graphitation

The article discusses a new high-temperature induction furnace designed for heat treatment of various materials at temperatures up to 3000 °C. The design of the furnace is presented, the choice of thermal insulation is justified. A digital model of a high-temperature furnace has been developed, including complex three-dimensional thermal and electromagnetic models, as well as models for calculating mechanical vibrations and digital systems for calculating heat transfer in the thermal insulation.
