Intelligent Performance Optimization Control of Aeroengine Based on Honey Badger Algorithm

Aiming at the problems of aero-engine performance degradation such as engine thrust mismatch and fuel consumption increase, this paper uses the component method to establish a nonlinear engine model with health parameters, and establishes a hybrid structure on-board adaptive model based on HAEKF. And studied the intelligent performance optimization control method. Considering that direct optimization of the control quantity requires too much real-time performance, and the project cannot be realized. The control loop adopts a double-loop design. The honey badger optimization algorithm is used for the outer loop to optimize and correct the two controlled variables of the engine speed and pressure ratio. The inner loop uses the controller to realize the optimized control law. The simulation results show that when the performance of the engine is degraded, using the intelligent performance optimization control based on the honey badger algorithm can effectively increase the thrust of the engine, reduce the fuel consumption rate, and improve the performance of the engine, and this method avoids the traditional performance optimization control that is poor in real-time performance and the project cannot be realized.
