Prevention of social security risk under Scientific and technological progress

Scientific and technological progress has changed the risks that the social security system needs to deal with and the risks of the system itself, forming a situation of opportunity and crisis. By using SWOT analysis method to make qualitative and quantitative analysis of internal advantages and disadvantages of social security risk prevention system and external opportunities and threats, the results show that social security risk prevention should adopt strength expansion strategy, promote the role of scientific and technological progress in promoting economic development, reduce the adverse impact of aging on economic development, improve the level of national income. Emphasis should be placed on the training of social security professionals, so as to strengthen the advantages of risk management and risk reserve within the system, and reverse the disadvantages of fund payment risk and poor supervision.
