Steric Hindrance Issue in Junctionless FinFET based Biosensor under Diversified Temperature Variation

In this research work, an extensive appraisal of the Junctionless FinFET Biosensor has been reported considering a prominent Steric Hindrance Issue in the biosensor. Keratin Biomolecule has been taken to study label-free detection. Different profiles of occupancy of Keratin Biomolecule have been considered to investigate the Steric Hindrance Issue. The dynamics produced under a diversified temperature range from 250K to 350K have also been studied. The results are recorded in terms of the changes in various sensing parameters, namely, Threshold voltage, Drain current, Transconductance and Sensitivity based on both the OFF current as well as on ratio of ON to OFF current.
