Investigation on the Application of GIS Communication Intelligence Construction in Electronic Information Engineering Technology

With the vigorous development of optical fiber communication, optical fiber has become the main medium for information transmission in the power system. However, the power communication network is facing problems such as a large number of outdated equipment, a wide distribution range of communication optical cables, and complex connection relationships. Therefore, on the basis of power GIS (Geographic Information System), communication operation management systems need to develop towards intelligence and high-end. Based on this, this article established an intelligent power communication management system using GIS technology. This article first elaborated on the background and significance of the topic selection, and reviewed and summarized the current research status in relevant fields around the world. At the same time, the information and spatial analysis results were displayed in the communication operation management system in a variety of intuitive graphics, images and charts through the GIS visualization function and the resource correlation calculation function of the communication operation management system, thus improving the reliability of the power communication network and the ability to quickly handle faults. Finally, through the black box test experiment, it is proved that the intelligent power communication system based on GIS technology has fast response time, high transaction processing capacity and good transaction pass rate. These findings show that the system can run efficiently and stably when dealing with power communication management tasks, and can meet the needs of users.
