Combination of Different Mathematical Objectives to Model Public Safety and Emergency Responses

The universe has entered a new era in which the financial crisis is perpetual, its severity is increasing, and international communication is expanding. Thus, the public security dilemma is becoming a vital and persuasive duty for all nations and all administrative agencies. At the international and regional levels, steps are taken to respond to crises, although judicial proceedings rarely provide new ideas for managing crises. The paper proposes a Multi-Objective Hybridized Mathematical model (MOHMM) for better decision-making and crisis handling. The proposed methodology suggests connecting designers' aspirations with relief groups' capabilities, the people's long-term needs, and governmental and macroeconomic crisis issues. Through various partnerships, MOHMM investigates the public's safety crisis management to bolster the growth of the appropriate management protection system. The goal of the hybridization statistical model is to incorporate not only the immediate political and economic emergency issues but also the long-term needs of individuals and the capabilities of relief groups. The mission of MOHMM is to provide valuable advice to clients in the form of cost-effective and faultless crisis management by analyzing the variables that produce public crises and highlighting challenges in administering a public crisis
