Influence of Temperature and Humidity on the Electrical Strength of Oil-Paper Insulation

This paper deals with the effect of humidity and temperature on the dielectric properties of an insulation system. The insulation system is made up of TR and KREMPEL paper insulation samples, which were impregnated with Mogul Trafo CZ-A transformer oil and Shell Diala S4 ZX-I oil. In the article, measurements of non-impregnated samples are analyzed, compared with impregnated samples, and the influence of humidity and temperature on the properties of the insulation system is analyzed.
