Optimization of Power Supply Inventory Management Based on Internet of Things Technology

Inventory management is an important part of enterprise operations. Effective inventory management can not only improve the operational efficiency of enterprises, but also significantly reduce the logistics costs of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to study the optimization of supply inventory management based on IoT technology. Summarize domestic and foreign inventory management research, analyze the problems existing in traditional inventory management on this basis, study supply inventory management methods, and put forward improvement measures for existing inventory management processes based on Internet of Things technology. And optimize the existing energy consumption procurement inventory management process. A BP neural network reserve quantification model optimized by genetic algorithm is proposed. Then the model is introduced into the power supply inventory management system, and the prediction function of the optimal reserve quota of power materials is designed and empirical analysis is carried out.
