Research on the Drop Point Distribution of Conductive Fiber Bundles Based on Microfluidics

The attack on power system facilities in wartime will greatly affect the progress and outcome of the war, and the importance of its safety protection is negligible. In order to study the scattering law of conductive fiber tow based on micro-fluidic, according to the external ballistic theory of submunition throwing and the movement characteristics of tow spreading and falling, and focusing on the influence of the scattering speed of tow on its landing point, an external ballistic model of tow from throwing to landing was established. Aiming at the influence of wind speed, wind direction, initial throwing speed and other factors on the spreading and falling process of conductive fiber tows in the air, the force analysis of the spreading and falling process of the conductive fiber tows in the air was carried out, and a mathematical model describing the spreading law of the tows was established. The dispersion results of conductive tow landing points obtained by this model are basically consistent with the flight test results in the shooting range, and can be used to predict the overall dispersion of tow landing points in practical applications. When the simulation times are more than 50 times, the average values of dispersion radius and dispersion center coordinates tend to be stable.
