Design of Equipment Automation Control and Remote Supervision System Based on Artificial Intelligence Algorithm

The automatic control system of electrical equipment is closely related to its production and operation, so the system must have high fault tolerance and reliability. The key to effectively improve the reliability of the system lies in the redundant fault-tolerant technology. How to introduce this technology into the industrial furnace control system and prevent paralysis and collapse in order to improve the reliability of equipment operation is worthy of in-depth exploration. This time, based on AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithm, the automatic control and remote supervision system of equipment is designed. The results show that there is still a big error between the given value and the measured value. The measured value of the given value can reach above 0.22, and the measured value fluctuates greatly, ranging from 0.12 to 0.37. In this regard, it is necessary to detect whether each measuring point has exceeded the limit, and the stability of each parameter also means the stable operation of the system. By combining with AI algorithm, the efficiency of equipment automation control will be greatly improved to some extent, and the time consumed in traditional equipment control will be saved, so as to realize the whole process supervision and management of equipment production, operation and energy consumption.
