Effects of Poor Quality UPS

With the spread of electronic devices, the need for uninterrupted energy is increasing day by day. This situation comes to the fore especially in medical devices, IT applications and sensitive applications where data loss should not be experienced. UPS (Uninterrupted Power System) is the leading methods used for uninterrupted energy. However, due to the fact that there are many UPS companies in the sector and these companies are of different qualities, the stability of the output voltage also changes. Unstable output voltages can cause permanent or performance-related faults on the products. In this paper, distorted waveforms that may occur in a low-quality UPS sourced network will be revealed with the measurement results and the effects of these forms on the products will be mentioned.
