A RISC-V System-on-Chip with Embedded Adaptive Power–Performance–Fault-Tolerance Hardware

This article presents a 28 nm FD-SOI RISC-V System-on-Chip with integrated Dynamic Voltage, Forward Body-Bias and Frequency Scaling scheme for adaptive radiation hardening according to the radiation environment estimates computed from the embedded radiation monitors.
