Comparative of proton radiation data for 28 nm Zynq-7000 SoC

In this work, two irradiation campaigns performed over the Xilinx Zynq 7000 SoC in two different irradiation facilities are presented and compared. The same experiments were tested in CNA, Spain, with protons of 15 MeV and in PSI, Switzerland, with protons of 230 MeV. The experiments in both campaigns tested the programmable logic and the processing system present in the Zynq-7000 SoC. Experimental results show that the behavior of the two main parts of the system differ for the two energy ranges used.
