Single Event Effects Results of Rad Hard Gate Drivers RIC7S113 and RIC74424

Heavy Ion SEE test results of rad hard gate drivers RIC78113 and RIC74424 are summarized. Results include reanalysis of existing data and new results. New results include high resolution SET events not previously reported.
