A Trusted Sharing Model for Risk Information of Food Full-process and All-information Based on Blockchain and Federated Learning

In view of the problems under the traditional sharing model of sensitive and easy to leak risk information of food full-process and all-information, the self-interest and complete autonomy of centralized servers and malicious nodes are prone to malicious behavior, the difficulty of cross-link interaction, and the low utilization of data caused by single purpose, a risk information of food full-process and all-information trusted sharing model based on blockchain and federated learning is proposed. Firstly, based on the analysis of the information sharing needs of food companies and regulatory agencies, federal learning is integrated into a hierarchical blockchain architecture, and combined with relay thinking, a risk information of food full-process and all-information trusted sharing model is constructed. Secondly, the model federated learning process is divided into horizontal and vertical federated learning processes based on the characteristics and categories of risk information, and two federated learning aggregation algorithms are used to aggregate data. Thirdly, in response to the different needs of sharing risk information data within and between enterprises and enterprise regulatory agencies, homomorphic encryption algorithms and zero-know ledge proof ideas are utilized to achieve hierarchical encryption and targeted trusted sharing of risk information with different sensitivities. Finally, taking food safety risk assessment as the simulation background, this model was validated through simulation based on the food risk information disclosure dataset and open source platform. The results showed that the trusted sharing model for risk information of food full-process and all-information based on blockchain and federated learning can meet the different sharing needs of enterprises and regulatory agencies for risk information data, and can achieve the full utilization, security, credibility, and efficient and accurate sharing of risk information data, thereby enhancing the determination of food enterprises and regulatory agencies to share data, promoting the development of data trustworthy sharing and food safety digitalization in the food industry.
