Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Power Grid Production Cost-Effectiveness Based on the Multisource Data

Under the rapid development of Chinese new power system, the asset size and production operation costs of power grid enterprises are increasing rapidly, coupled with the continuous decline in electricity prices under government regulation in China, it is urgent for power grid enterprises to refine the granularity of the evaluation of production operation cost-effectiveness, and improve the cost management refinement. This article follows the trend of digitalization in Chinese power grid enterprises, the production business characteristics and operational cost investment characteristics have been considered. Firstly, a fine-grained comprehensive cost-effectiveness evaluation index system is constructed, the relevant data from multiple professional management systems are traced and integrated. Secondly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Entropy Weight Method (EWM) are used to determine the index weights, a cost-effectiveness evaluation model is established using the Maximum Information Objective Function (MIOF) and Jaynes Maximum Entropy Model (JMEM). Finally, based on actual production data, an empirical analysis is conducted to evaluate the comprehensive cost-effectiveness of 10 production operation projects in the same region within the same period of time, the scientific and reasonable evaluation system and methods are verified. This research can provide important support and reference for the decision-making of production operation cost investment and make substantive contributions to the of cost management refinement in power grid enterprises.
