An Optimal Operation Strategy of Tie line Considering the Coordination of Wind-Photovoltaic-Thermal Power at Sending and Receiving Ends

With the large-scale integration of new energy into the grid, utilizing tie lines to efficiently transmit excess power at the sending end has become an effective method to promote the consumption of new energy. In order to fully explore the potential for flexible regulation of transmission channels and reduce transmission costs, the paper establishes a refined optimization model for the transmission capacity of transmission channels considering the collaborative scheduling of wind-photovoltaic-thermal power at the sending and receiving ends. The model aims to minimize economic costs, adds power balance constraints between the sending and receiving ends, which is solved by CPLEX. Finally, case studies of a certain region in northwest and eastern China verified that the proposed optimal operation strategy for transmission channels could improve the economic of transmission system.
