Integrated Single-Phase Inverter System with STM32 Control and IR2104-based Full-Bridge Drive for Renewable Energy Interface

In this paper, a single-phase inverter parallel operation system is designed. The system is composed of drive module, control module, single-phase inverter module and filter module. The system uses STM32f103ZET6 as the control core, and outputs two complementary PWM waves. A MOSFET full bridge driver circuit using chip IR2104 is established to control the switching frequency of MOSFET. A smooth AC sine wave is generated. The two single-phase inverters are connected in parallel using relays and PLL, and are incorporated into the 220V grid through a single-phase transformer. The parallel operation system can be used as the energy conversion interface between the renewable energy generator set and the grid, which plays a crucial role in the safe, stable and high-quality operation of the system.
