Application research of Bisquare amplitude limiting filter algorithm in temperature monitoring system

Temperature is a typical large inertial physical quantity and will not change drastically in a short time. A Bisquare amplitude limiting filter algorithm was designed to solve the problem of abrupt data changes caused by signal interference and other reasons in continuous temperature monitoring. When the temperature data exceeds the preset amplitude limit, Bisquare fitting value is used to replace the mutation value. In order to verify the effectiveness of Bisquare limiting filtering algorithm, the simulation mutation of actual temperature data collected by the developed training room temperature monitoring system was carried out. Experimental results show that, the maximum error of Bisquare fitting value is less than 0.3°C, which can effectively solve the problem of data mutation that may occur in the long time temperature acquisition process.
