Adaptive Regenerative System Based on Steam Ejector and Its Control Method

In order to improve the economy of low-load operation of the unit, this paper optimizes the design of the regenerative system, in which the steam ejector is coupled with the regenerative system and a small amount of main steam is used to eject the first stage of extraction, the mixed steam enters the last stage high pressure heater to raise the temperature of the feed water. A reasonable control method is designed for the steam ejector system, the control goal is to minimize the coal consumption of real-time power generation, by continuously adjusting the opening of the steam ejector actuator, the temperature of feed water can match with the load optimally in real time, to improve the economic operation of the unit under various load conditions. The feasibility of the optimization scheme and control method is verified by an example of a 350MW pure condensing supercritical fossil-fuel power station.
