Design and research of integrated rotor brushless doubly-fed motor

With the rapid development of the economy, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, and China’s energy industry is developing in the direction of low carbon and clean. Wind power generation is one of the most mature power generation technologies in the field of new energy, and BDFM has broad application prospects in wind power generation systems. The magnetic field modulation ability of the rotor directly affects the power density and efficiency of the motor, and this paper proposes an integrated rotor structure based on the magnetic barrier and cage rotor structure. The topology of BDFM and the basic principles of variable speed constant frequency power generation are introduced, the BDFM of several rotor structures is compared with the finite elements. The influence of rotor barrier thickness and number of guide groups on the coupling ability of the new rotor is deeply studied, and the structural parameters that make the integrated rotor have strong magnetic field modulation ability are determined. The results show that the new rotor structure has a greater motor power density under the condition of ensuring a certain coupling ability, and the rotor structure is reliable and easy to manufacture.
