Alzheimer Disease Severity Prediction using Response Rate of Five-Word Test

Alzheimer's is a rapidly growing disease that affects approximately 50 million people worldwide. A person suffering from an illness may be unable to recall recent conversations or events. As the condition progresses, the person with Alzheimer's disease (AD) may forget even their name, spouse's name, and so on. The main idea of this project is to create a web-based application that uses a five-word test's response rate to estimate the severity of AD. The five-word test includes the name, phone number, spouse name, child name, and favorite food. A web form collected these data along with other personal information. The collected data is then analyzed to provide an efficient and non-invasive method for severity prediction of AD.
