Problems Analysis of Energy Boilers Type PK 38-4 When Shift the Start-Up Fuel

The heating of the organized combustion air supply to the energy boilers type PK 38–4 is achieved in an air preheater. This heat transfer surface is the last one in the flue gas flow, therefore there is an increased risk of low temperature sulphur corrosion in it. This hazard is most significant during transient, start-up conditions, as well as under conditions of changes in the igniter fuel used.
